Edition 2025 — Festa del Fantasma

The 2025 edition of the Festa del Fantasma took place in Maccastorna on July 18 and 19, with guided tours and theatrical performances inspired by the legend of the seventy ghosts of the castle, along the village streets and near the fortress.

On July 18 and 19, 2025, the village of Maccastorna hosted the Festa del Fantasma, the event that brings the legend of its castle's seventy ghosts to life. Guided tours and themed theatrical performances accompanied visitors along the village streets and near the fortress, intertwining history and enchantment on summer evenings. Linked to the ancient events of 1406, when according to tradition the Cavalcabò family was massacred in the manor, the festival confirmed its charm, attracting mystery enthusiasts and the curious from all over the province of Lodi.
