Edition 2025 — Festa del Bignè

The Festa del Bignè 2025 took place in Montecchio from August 20 to 24 in Piazza Garibaldi: local pastry chefs with filled bignè, bomboloni and donuts, an open-air tavern with Umbrian dishes and grilled specialties open from 7:30 PM, ice cream and shows with live music every evening. Free admission.

The 2025 edition of the Festa del Bignè animated the center of Montecchio from August 20 to 24, with its heart in Piazza Garibaldi.

Local pastry chefs offered filled bignè with creams of various flavors — from chocolate cream, hazelnut, gianduja to lemon — along with bomboloni and donuts. The open-air tavern, open from 7:30 PM, served typical Umbrian dishes, grilled specialties, and local wines, while every evening, ice cream and shows with live music accompanied the festival, with free admission.
