Edition 2025 — Festa del Baccalà

The 30th Festa del Baccalà took place in Borgoricco from November 7 to 16, 2025, over two weekends on Viale Europa: the food stall, the heart of the festival, featured the great classics of tradition, from cod Vicentina style to whipped cod, stewed, in salad, and fried, accompanied by markets, music, and guided tastings.

The 2025 edition, the thirtieth, of the Festa del Baccalà celebrated the symbolic dish of Venetian cuisine in Borgoricco from November 7 to 16. The food stall on Viale Europa featured the great classics of tradition — cod Vicentina style, whipped, stewed, in salad, and fried — alongside artisan markets, music, and guided tastings, under the organization of the Associazione Festeggiamenti San Leonardo.

The 2025 edition (November 7-8-9 and 14-15-16) featured the food stall with cod Vicentina style, whipped, stewed, in salad, and fried, accompanied by artisan markets, music, and guided tastings on Viale Europa.
