Festa dei Popoli — Culinary and Musical Migrations

The sixth edition (October 3, 2025)

The 6th edition of the Festa dei Popoli was held on October 3, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, at Marina Corta, Lipari. The square was filled with the scents and flavors of stalls set up by communities from all over the world, under the slogan of a "square without borders."

Musically, the evening featured Riciclette, a group that reinterprets songs from the Global South, Romanian music by Nicola Justina Muntean, the percussion and rhythms of Mandeng Folí, flamenco interludes by Simona Catalini and her students, and, to close, a DJ set by Lilith Primavera. The edition was dedicated to solidarity with peoples affected by conflicts, symbolically joining many other Italian squares.

• Opening of food stalls from countries around the world (Brazil, Ivory Coast, Philippines, France, Morocco, Pakistan, Romania, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, and others)
• Concert by Riciclette — songs from the Global South
• Romanian music with Nicola Justina Muntean
• Percussion and rhythms by Mandeng Folí
• Flamenco interludes with Simona Catalini and students
• Final DJ set by Lilith Primavera
