Festa dei Bigoli, Schissotto e Vin S-ciaveto

In 2025, the Festa dei Bigoli, Schissotto e Vin S-ciaveto once again confirmed its event in Lozzo Atestino, in the province of Padua, in the Euganean Hills. In Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, visitors could witness the preparation of bigoli with the bigolaro and the baking of schissotto in a wood-fired oven, accompanied by S-ciaveto wine and typical local products. The event, organised by the Pro Loco, recreated the atmosphere of a village festival with a focus on taste and traditions.

The 2025 edition followed the usual two-weekend format, with an evening food stand, live preparation of bigoli with the bigolaro, schissotto baked in a wood-fired oven, and tasting of S-ciaveto wine.
