Festa de l'Unità

The 2025 edition of the Festa de l'Unità took place on July 10 and 11 in Piazza Libertà in Campi Salentina, marking the return of the event after nearly a decade of absence. The initiative was born from the joint efforts of the Democratic Party circles of Campi Salentina, Guagnano, Novoli, Surbo, Squinzano, and Trepuzzi.

Over the two evenings, public debates were held on local, national, and international current affairs, with the participation of representatives from the party's new leadership. Ample space was dedicated to conviviality, with food stalls serving Salento street food and musical entertainment designed to engage all generations.

Among the most anticipated moments was the Live For Gaza concert, a solidarity initiative where several Salento artists performed for free to keep the focus on the humanitarian crisis in Palestine. An edition that combined civic engagement, music, and solidarity, bringing the town festival back to the center of community life.
