Edition 2025 — Festa della Cipolla Rossa
The 11th Autumn and Red Onion Festival of Cavasso Nuovo took place on the first weekend of October 2025, celebrating the Slow Food Presidium of the red onion and pumpkin with producers' stands, food and wine stalls, and cultural events.
The 2025 edition, the eleventh in the series, reprised the formula that combines the promotion of agricultural products, the patronal feast of San Remigio, and village entertainment. Producers' stands and food and wine stalls highlighted the Slow Food Red Onion Presidium and pumpkin, while conferences, exhibitions, and shows completed a weekend dedicated to the traditions of Val Cosa.
