A festival uniting associations, youth, and the community
The FÈS! insieme al Respect Festival was born in 2026 from the meeting of two local realities: the Respect Festival, a youth event already rooted in Verolanuova and dedicated to the music and creativity of the younger generation, and FÈS!, the Festival of Associations promoted by Ambito 9 Bassa Bresciana Centrale. The result is a weekend that focuses on participation, inclusion, and shared culture.
Where it takes place
The event is spread across multiple locations in the center of Verolanuova, a municipality in the province of Brescia: Parco Nocivelli with its marquee, Piazza Libertà, the Giardino del Comune, Palazzo Gambara, and the spaces in via Grimani. A distributed format that invites movement between squares, following the thread of the events.
The themes for 2026
The program revolves around several strong themes: social inclusion and disability, active citizenship, and music as a universal language. Alongside concerts and performances, there are sensory exhibitions, creative workshops, and moments designed to involve volunteer, cultural, and social engagement associations active in the Bassa Bresciana region.
A local event
Promoted by Ambito 9 Bassa Bresciana Centrale together with the Municipality of Verolanuova, the festival enhances the local associative fabric: from dance schools to youth groups, from musical bands to third-sector organizations. It's an opportunity to discover the vitality of a town in the Bresciana plain and to experience three days open to all, free of charge, and suitable for families.
FÈS! Respect Festival — edition 2026
From June 5th to 7th, 2026, Verolanuova hosts the first edition of FÈS! insieme al Respect Festival: three days dedicated to participation, inclusion, and shared culture, spread across Parco Nocivelli, Piazza Libertà, the Giardino del Comune, Palazzo Gambara, and the spaces in via Grimani. The program intertwines music, art, and social engagement, with the involvement of local associations.

Friday, June 5th
- 9:00 PM — Urban Frames – Hip Hop Event (Parco Nocivelli, marquee): urban dance performance with 150 dancers from the school We Got The Same Attitude, inspired by famous film soundtracks.
Saturday, June 6th
- Art and workshops in the center of via Grimani: vernissage of the group exhibition with local artists and the Accademia del Gamber, creative and sensory workshops, a sea-themed Snoezelen workshop (organized by Ambito 9 Bassa Bresciana Centrale).
- Sculpting in the Dark: sensory exhibition by the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired, with a sound performance by the duo Molom (Alessandro Pedretti and Milena Berta).
- 9:00 PM — Verola Live Contest (Piazza Libertà): fifth edition of the music contest featuring emerging bands and young local artists, organized by the Gruppo Giovani per Verola.
Sunday, June 7th
- 9:00 AM — Associations in Motion – The Workshop of Experiences (Palazzo Gambara): interactive stations to try out sports, artistic, musical, and scientific activities.
- 10:00 AM — itinerant performance "Il Carrozzone degli Artisti", institutional moment, and a large community dinner in the courtyard.
- 9:00 PM — Zoo Concert (Giardino del Comune): concert by the youth band of the Complesso Bandistico Stella Polare APS, directed by Monica Galuppini, with an animal-themed musical parody.

How to get there
Verolanuova is located in the Bassa Bresciana, about 30 km south of Brescia. By car, it can be reached from the SP668 (Lenese); Verolanuova train station is on the Brescia-Parma line.
