Edition 2025 — Cappelletto Festival
The 2025 edition of the Ferrara Cappelletto Festival in Vigarano Pieve, a hamlet of Vigarano Mainarda (FE), took place over two weekends: from June 12th to 15th and from June 19th to 22nd. The gastronomic stand in the parish multi-purpose hall on Via Mantova 120 opened at 7:30 PM on weekdays and weekends, and at 12:30 PM on Sundays for lunch.
The menu featured appetizers with pinzin, mixed cured meats, and prosciutto crudo; first courses based on cappelletti in various versions (in broth, with cream, ragù, truffle), cappellacci, and the famous Cappelletto Trio; main courses of grilled meat and roasted mutton, steaks, and cutlets; traditional desserts such as zabaglione, torta tenerina, and semifreddo. The festival, organised by the Parish of Saints Peter and Paul - Comitato Pro Civitate, confirmed its role as the first event of the Vigarano gastronomic trilogy in 2025.
