Edition 2025 — Ferragosto in Pienza

In 2025, the Ferragosto Celebrations in Pienza took place from August 14th to 18th as part of a packed summer calendar. The highlights of the event were the fireworks on the evening of August 14th and the Assumption Concert on August 15th in Piazza Pio II, featuring the Orchestra del Brenta from Padua, the Corale di Pienza "Benvenuto Franci", and the Coro Città di Chiusi.

The 2025 edition of the Ferragosto Celebrations in Pienza opened on August 14th with an evening aperitif on Viale Santa Caterina, a choral concert in the Cathedral, and the traditional fireworks overlooking the Val d'Orcia.

On August 15th, at 6:30 PM, Piazza Pio II hosted the Assumption Concert organized by the Pro Loco, featuring the Orchestra del Brenta from Padua conducted by Maestro Daniele Trincanato, the Corale di Pienza "Benvenuto Franci" led by Maestro Marco Rencinai, and the Coro Città di Chiusi. Throughout the festival, the Polisportiva Pienza hosted popular dinners, including the "Pizza a Pienza in Piazza" evenings.
