Edition 2025 — Fëra dij Subièt

In the 2025 edition, the Fëra dij Subièt and His Majesty the Boiled Meat once again enlivened the historic center of Moncalieri with its centuries-old tradition. Between stalls of terracotta whistles, the opening of the Museo dij Subièt, themed Piedmontese cuisine dinners, and the distribution of mixed boiled meat cooked in the enormous cauldron, the event confirmed its role as an identity-defining autumn appointment for the city and the Province of Turin.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Fëra dij Subièt and His Majesty the Boiled Meat renewed the bond in Moncalieri with a fair that has its roots in 1286. Along the streets of the historic center, the Masters of the Subièt displayed the characteristic terracotta whistles, while the Museo dij Subièt opened its doors to visitors.

As the gastronomic heart of the festival, the famous Piedmontese mixed boiled meat was cooked in the large cauldron and distributed in the square, accompanied by themed dinners of Savoyard tradition organized by the Pro Loco Moncalieri. A day of celebration among flavors, craftsmanship, and the city's historical memory.
