Edition 2025 — Potato Festival

The twenty-eighth edition of the Felline Potato Festival took place on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in the historic center of the village of Alliste (LE). An evening dedicated to the Salento potato, with food stalls managed by the local community and live folk music. On stage, the group Lu Rusciu Nosciu enlivened the party with pizzica and traditional Salento rhythms.

On July 29, 2025, the historic center of Felline hosted the 28th edition of the Potato Festival, organized by the Pro Loco Alliste-Felline. The star was the Patata Novella di Galatina, offered fried, baked, stewed, and in numerous local rustic recipes. Accompanying the tastings was live Salento folk music with the group Lu Rusciu Nosciu, featuring pizzica and square dances. The event, with free admission and a focus on sustainability, confirmed the deep bond between the Municipality of Alliste and its food and wine traditions.
