Felicittà 2025, the Ostia special

The third edition of the city-wide festival of Rome's public heritage was held on July 3, 2025, from 6 PM to midnight, with free participation. The distinctive feature of the year was the strong investment in the coastline: Ostia became the protagonist with a series of iconic locations enhanced for the occasion, including The Spot Skate Park, the Gym of Legality, the Teatro del Lido, the Officine del Mare, and the Noi Antimafia experience.

In the city, the evening featured extraordinary openings of Explora - The Children's Museum of Rome, activities at the Roman Aquarium, music by the Roman Philharmonic Academy and the Casa del Jazz, as well as a concert by the Local Police Band at the Casina Salvi. On the public beaches of the west side, the Felicittà Beach formula was held, while at the Officine del Mare, children were able to try virtual diving.

As every year, the stated goal was to show Romans that the Capital's public heritage is made of living spaces, managed by associations and third-sector entities, and not just buildings to be preserved.
