Edition 2025 — Feast of the Patron Saint of Montjovet

From September 4th to 14th, 2025, Montjovet celebrated its Feast of the Patron Saint, the longest of the Aosta Valley summer. Featuring themed dinners, dances, a funfair, the Alpini day, and the First International Cup of chainsaw carving Profumo di Cedro, the village celebrated the Nativity of Mary with ten days of events for the entire community.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of the Patron Saint of Montjovet took place from September 4th to 14th, confirming its status as the longest patronal feast of the Aosta Valley summer. A major new feature was the First International Cup "Profumo di Cedro", an international chainsaw carving competition held in the Berriat sports area, which brought together ten sculptors from around the world. Monday, September 8th, was dedicated to the Alpini, with a parade, Holy Mass, and dancing. Over the various days, there were themed dinners (fish, mushrooms, paella, boiled meat), dance evenings, a Belote tournament, a palet tournament, and the funfair, all in a festive atmosphere that involved the entire municipality of Montjovet, in the province of Aosta.
