Edition 2025 — Feast of the Eel
The 33rd edition of the Feast of the Eel was held in Valproto of Quinto Vicentino from September 26 to 29, 2025. The hamlet celebrated Saint Michael with its festival dedicated to the 'bisata', the eel served grilled and baked with polenta, alongside mixed grill and specialties of the Venetian tradition.
The evenings were enlivened by music and dancing, while the charity raffle accompanied the festivities. The event, organized by the Parish Committee of the Valproto Fair, confirmed its role as a key autumn gathering for the community.
