Edition 2025 — Feast of the Assumption

The 51st Feast of the Assumption took place in August 2025 at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Dry Grape in Povegliano Veronese, opening on Friday, August 8th, and continuing for eight days within the two weeks surrounding mid-August. Marian celebrations, a gastronomic stand with 'sàte de galina', and nightly music and dancing enlivened this beloved festival of the Veronese plain.

The 2025 edition, the 51st, of the Feast of the Assumption celebrated Our Lady of the Dry Grape in Povegliano Veronese, opening on Friday, August 8th, and spanning approximately eight days within the weeks surrounding mid-August.

Alongside the Marian celebrations in the sanctuary, the festival featured a rich gastronomic stand every evening with traditional Venetian dishes, including the unmissable sàte de galina, and evenings of music and dancing. Organized by the parish with the Sanctuary Restoration Committee, the Municipality, and the Pro Loco, the event reaffirmed its deep roots in the Povegliano community.
