In 2025, the Guasto hamlet of Castelpetroso also celebrated Saint Mary of Mercy on the second Sunday of August, with religious rites, a procession, and moments of conviviality that animated the small community of the Molise hinterland.

The Feast of Saint Mary of Mercy is a well-established tradition in the Guasto hamlet of Castelpetroso, in the province of Isernia.
