Edition 2025 — Saint John the Baptist

In 2025, Giove celebrated its patron saint, Saint John the Baptist, with the usual program of faith and tradition: triduum, solemn masses, offering of the votive candle, and procession through the village districts, accompanied by the historical pageant, the band, and evening concerts. A feast that annually brings the Giove community together around its roots.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint John the Baptist animated Giove (province of Terni) around the anniversary of June 24th. The religious celebrations, with the triduum, masses, and the solemn offering of the votive candle, were intertwined with the civil feast.

The procession crossed the village districts, with the participation of civil and military authorities, the historical pageant, and the musical band, while evening concerts completed the program. A celebration that confirmed the strong bond of the Giove community with its patron saint, following the traditions of the villages in the Tiber Valley.
