Feast of Saint Calogero the Hermit

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Calogero the Hermit took place from August 19th to 21st in San Salvatore di Fitalia, made even more solemn by the recognition of the Sanctuary as a site of pious visitation for the Jubilee. On August 20th, after the morning Holy Masses and the long procession of the statue, Piazza San Calogero welcomed thousands of people for the free concert by Noemi, a stop on her "Nostalgia Summer Tour", which concluded with fireworks. On August 21st, the festival closed with the evening procession of the Saint's traditional "journeys" through the streets of the Nebrodi village.
