Edition 2025 — Feast of Saint Aloysius Gonzaga
The 2025 Feast of Saint Aloysius Gonzaga was celebrated in Rosolini (Syracuse) from August 1st to 3rd, confirming the community's bond with its Patron Saint. The inauguration on Friday, August 1st, featured a parade through the town streets with Sicilian carts, musicians, flag-wavers, and folk groups.
The three-day program wove together cultural, musical, and gastronomic events, with ample space dedicated to typical products of the Iblean territory and the Carob Festival. The most solemn moment was the procession of the statue of Saint Aloysius Gonzaga on Sunday through the historic center, accompanied by the "V. Bellini" marching band and followed by traditional fireworks. The festival was organized by the Municipality of Rosolini in collaboration with the local Pro Loco.
