Feast of Our Lady of the Fountains

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Our Lady of the Fountains renewed one of the most heartfelt traditions of Conca Casale (IS). On the second Sunday of May, the community gathered for the outing in the valleys around the sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Fontane, for the blessing of the well water, and for the evocative procession that accompanied the statue of the Madonna from the rural sanctuary to the church of Sant'Antonio in the village. During the day, guided tours of the ancient fountains, a testament to the centuries-old bond between the Alto Molise village and water, were also held.
