Edition 2025 — Feast of Our Lady of Tears
In 2025, Treviglio also celebrated its patron saint Our Lady of Tears on February 28th, commemorating the 1522 Miracle. The day combined a solemn Mass at the Sanctuary with the civic ceremony awarding city honors, in a city enlivened by the festival and the fair.
In 2025, the Feast of Our Lady of Tears followed tradition: on the morning of February 28th, a solemn Mass was held at the Sanctuary and a ceremony at the Teatro Nuovo with the awarding of the "San Martino d'Oro" and "Madonna delle Lacrime" prizes. The occasion, deeply felt by the people of Treviglio, drew faithful and citizens to the historic center, amidst devotion and community moments.
