Edition 2025 — Saint Anthony of Padua Feast

The 2025 edition of the Feast in Honor of Saint Anthony of Padua brought Pratola Peligna to life with religious celebrations around June 13th and an intense secular program on June 19th, 20th, and 21st. Three days of culture, music, and entertainment, organized by the Festival Committee led by president Raimondo Onesta together with the Confraternity, concluded with the major concert by Anna Tatangelo.

The 2025 edition in Pratola Peligna

The 2025 Feast in Honor of Saint Anthony of Padua combined the traditional devotion of June 13th with a rich secular program concentrated on the weekend of June 19-21.

  • June 19: cultural conference "Saint Anthony in popular tradition" in the parish hall and, at 9:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, the dance show "Dance with the Heart" by Zeus Danza.
  • June 20: the Saint Anthony train, departing at 6:00 PM to travel through the historic center.
  • June 21: the Bersaglieri Parade at 6:00 PM, the concert by Anna Tatangelo at 10:00 PM in Piazza del Milite Ignoto, and, from 11:30 PM, the DJ set in Piazza Madonna della Libera.

A program that mixed the sacred and the profane, confirming the strong bond between the community of Pratola Peligna, in the province of L'Aquila, and the cult of its patron saint.

June 19: conference "Saint Anthony in popular tradition" (parish hall) and dance show "Dance with the Heart" by Zeus Danza (9:00 PM, Piazza Garibaldi). June 20: Saint Anthony train (6:00 PM, historic center). June 21: Bersaglieri Parade (6:00 PM), Anna Tatangelo concert (10:00 PM, Piazza del Milite Ignoto), DJ set with Valesse and Rocco Voice (11:30 PM, Piazza Madonna della Libera).
