Favara Carnival 2025

The 2025 edition represented the long-awaited return of the Carnival to Favara after five years of absence. Dedicated to the memory of Lillo Scibetta and Ciccio Vetro, it took place from March 1 to 4, 2025, enlivening the Municipality of Favara, in the province of Agrigento, with colors, music, and tradition.

The two allegorical floats Benvenuto Presidente (Mr. President) and Alice in Wonderland were on display. The main parade departed on Saturday, March 1, at 7:00 PM from Viale Aldo Moro, traveling along Corso Vittorio Veneto. The evenings were animated by numerous DJs and the Belli Freschi duo, with a large public turnout despite the bad weather. The event was organized by the Municipality of Favara together with AICS Soccorso Sanitario, AIDO, the youth of Via Agrigento, and numerous local associations.
