Edition 2025 — Fava Beans and Salame Festival
In 2025, the Fava Beans and Salame Festival once again attracted numerous visitors to Sant'Olcese, for the traditional April 25th event. On the Church Square, the Circolo ACLI stalls offered local salame, fresh fava beans, and pesto taglierini, in a festive day with markets and live music.
The 2025 edition of the Fava Beans and Salame Festival confirmed the success of one of the most beloved spring festivals in the Polcevera Valley. On the Church Square of Sant'Olcese, the food stalls celebrated Sant'Olcese salame paired with new fava beans, along with traditional dishes and the ever-present live music, in a convivial atmosphere that unites the town and visitors each year.
