Edition 2025 — Fasulata Festival

The 2025 edition of the Fasulata Festival took place on August 30th and 31st in Piazza Mercato in Curti, in the heart of the province of Caserta. Two evenings dedicated to fasulata, the traditional Campanian bean soup, with food stalls, music, and the convivial atmosphere of village festivals that enliven the end of summer in Campania.

The 2025 Fasulata Festival brought back to Piazza Mercato in Curti the signature dish of local peasant cuisine: fasulata, the bean soup prepared according to the traditional recipe of the province of Caserta.

On the evenings of August 30th and 31st, 2025, the square came alive with food stalls, live music, and the participation of the local community, in a festive atmosphere that served as the perfect farewell to the summer season. A popular and free event, designed for families and visitors, which promotes the authentic flavors and traditions of the Campanian territory.
