Edition 2025 — Faro in Festa

The second edition of Faro in Festa took place in Punta Secca from May 31 to June 2, 2025, under the theme «Living the Sea». Three days of free tours of the Scalambri Lighthouse, the «Homage to Punta Secca» art competition, concerts, workshops, and activities for children enlivened the seaside village of Santa Croce Camerina, in the province of Ragusa.

Faro in Festa 2025

The second edition of Faro in Festa was held in Punta Secca from May 31 to June 2, 2025, with the theme «Living the Sea». The Scalambri Lighthouse was open for free visits, without reservation, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, with guided tours conducted by Navy personnel.

The program offered educational workshops on nutrition and bread-making, a meeting on traditional fishing, the «Homage to Punta Secca» outdoor art competition coordinated by artist Gianni Giacchi, concerts by «Notte Italiana» with Copia e Incolla and «Fab Frequency», a performance by the Kamarinense Street Band, and the Baby Village in Piazza Concordia. A community celebration that consolidated the maritime identity of Punta Secca, a hamlet of the Municipality of Santa Croce Camerina.
