Edition 2025 — Farmer's Wine Festival

On Sunday, August 24, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, Piazza San Gaetano in Scauri hosted the Farmer's Wine Festival. The evening, organized by the Associazione Crescere Insieme APS, celebrated the figure of the Pantelleria farmer with tastings of Zibibbo and Passito di Pantelleria, local products, and costumed re-enactments. Among the new features was the grilled pork coppa sandwich, paired with glasses of the island's wine.

Farmer's Wine Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Farmer's Wine Festival took place on Sunday, August 24, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in Piazza San Gaetano in Scauri, a district of the Municipality of Pantelleria (TP).

Organized by the Associazione Crescere Insieme APS, chaired by Marco Ruggeri, the festival focused on the figure of the Pantelleria farmer, their work, and the wine. The public was able to taste the island's famous wines, Zibibbo and Passito di Pantelleria, accompanied by local products. Among the culinary offerings, the grilled pork coppa sandwich was a highlight. The evening was enriched by costumed re-enactments dedicated to the farming life of the past, in an atmosphere of celebration and conviviality that enlivened the summer in Scauri.
