Edition 2025 — Farinata in compagnia

In 2025, the Pro Loco Roveretese once again hosted Farinata in compagnia, the lunch dedicated to chickpea farinata at the festival grounds in Rovereto di Gavi (AL). A convivial and family-friendly event, part of the annual calendar of festivities in the village, requiring reservations for all participants.

The 2025 edition of Farinata in compagnia confirmed the formula loved by locals and visitors alike: a convivial lunch featuring chickpea farinata, prepared and served by the volunteers of the Pro Loco Roveretese at the festival grounds in the Pessenti area, in Rovereto di Gavi, province of Alessandria.

As per tradition, the event took place in a family atmosphere, with shared tables and the typical spirit of village festivals in the Gavi area, Piedmont. Participation was by reservation only.
