Edition 2025 — Faleria Medieval Nights

From November 14 to 16, 2025, the village of Faleria, in the province of Viterbo, hosted the Medieval Nights with three days of re-enactments, culture, and gastronomy. Piazza degli Anguillara was transformed into a medieval village with knights, ladies, jesters, and artisans, while food and wine stands, conferences, and guided tours enlivened the historic center. The free event was promoted by the Municipality of Faleria with the support of the Lazio Region.

Faleria Medieval Nights 2025

The 2025 edition of the Faleria Medieval Nights took place from Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 16 in the historic center of the village, in the Viterbo Tuscia area. Three days full of events combined history, culture, and conviviality, involving visitors of all ages.

Friday saw the opening of the food and wine stands on Viale San Giuliano, with a dinner based on traditional dishes and live music by "Gli Stornellatori". On Saturday afternoon, Piazza degli Anguillara came alive with the medieval encampment, featuring knights, ladies, jesters, and artisans, as well as games, tournaments, and creative workshops for children; in the evening, the conference "Otto III and Faleria" was held at the Sala della Misericordia, followed by a new dinner show with live music. Sunday featured repeat guided tours, workshops, and food stands, with the award ceremony for the photo contest closing the event.

Programme

Friday, November 14: opening of food and wine stands on Viale San Giuliano, dinner with traditional dishes and porchetta, live music by "Gli Stornellatori". Saturday, November 15: from 3:00 PM in Piazza degli Anguillara, medieval village with knights, ladies, jesters, and artisans, games, tournaments, and workshops for children; at 6:30 PM, conference "Otto III and Faleria" at the Sala della Misericordia; in the evening, dinner on Viale San Giuliano with live music. Sunday, November 16: guided tours, workshops, virtual reality space, food and wine stands, and photo contest award ceremony.
