Edition 2025 — FAI Spring Days

The 2025 edition of the FAI Spring Days took place on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 March. On that occasion, Rome and the Lazio region were once again among the territories richest in extraordinary openings, with institutional palaces, historic villas, religious complexes, and archaeological sites accessible by voluntary contribution. The visits, as per tradition, were accompanied by Apprendisti Ciceroni, students trained by volunteers from local FAI Delegations.

The 2025 FAI Spring Days in Rome

On the weekend of March 22-23, 2025, the FAI - Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano relaunched its flagship event, opening hundreds of sites to the public throughout Italy. In Rome and the rest of the Lazio region, FAI Delegations built a program spread across the Capital and the provinces of Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, and Viterbo.

The formula remained the established one: guided group visits, entry by voluntary contribution to support the Foundation's restoration activities, priority access for members, and some openings reserved for them. The storytelling of the sites was entrusted to Apprendisti Ciceroni, high school and university students prepared in the preceding months.

As every year, the detailed program was published on the official FAI website in the weeks leading up to the event, with times, addresses, and indications for sites requiring reservations.
