Edition 2025 — Fagiolata del Buonumore

In 2025, Pro Loco Curino once again hosted its traditional Carnival bean stew festival at Laghetto Gabella in the San Martino district. As in every early February, volunteers prepared and served the stew to the community, renewing a popular tradition deeply rooted in the Biella valleys and eagerly awaited by the residents of Curino and neighboring towns.

The 2025 edition of the Fagiolata del Buonumore took place, as is tradition, during the Carnival period in early February. At Laghetto Gabella in Curino, the Pro Loco volunteers cooked and distributed the bean stew, a symbolic dish of the Biella peasant tradition.

The event reaffirmed its role as a moment of meeting and conviviality for the community of Curino, in the province of Biella, in full harmony with the calendar of festivals organized by the association each year.
