Expo Wild 2026: the debut at SiciliaFiera

The first edition of Expo Wild was held from April 10 to 12, 2026, in pavilions B1, B2, and B4 of SiciliaFiera, in Misterbianco (Catania), open every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The inauguration on April 10 at 11:00 AM in the outdoor area kicked off three days dedicated to nature, sustainability, and traditions.

The event was a great success with the public, with approximately 30,000 visitors and strong institutional support. The heart of the event consisted of seven conferences on wildlife management, environmental protection, safety, training, and industry economics, with the participation of institutions, the University of Catania, and the Zooprophylactic Institute of Sicily.

Among the most popular attractions were the shooting exhibition by champion Raniero Testa, airsoft activities, dog demonstrations, fishing trials for children, and sports exhibitions created in collaboration with CONI.

Friday, April 10, 2026

• 11:00 AM — Inauguration in the outdoor area of SiciliaFiera, opening of pavilions B1, B2, and B4
• Afternoon — Conference on fish and game surveillance and presentation of the book "Manual of Educational Communication"
• Clay pigeon shooting exhibition by champion Raniero Testa

Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12, 2026

• In-depth conferences with institutions, universities, and specialized bodies (including the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Sicily and the University of Catania) on zoonosis, economics, and land management
• Airsoft activities, dog demonstrations, fishing trials for children
• Acrobatic mountain bike track and sports activities in collaboration with CONI

Opening hours: every day 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Seven total conferences over the three days.
