Evolio Expo

The first edition of Evolio Expo took place from January 30th to February 1st, 2025, in the new pavilion of the Fiera del Levante in Bari. The event, supported by the Agriculture Department of the Apulia Region as part of the promotion program for quality agri-food products, connected olive oil companies with foreign buyers interested in exporting extra virgin olive oil.

The event saw the participation of 22 international buyers from strategic countries, with the United States as the primary import market, alongside Australia, Denmark, Germany, Mexico, the Principality of Monaco, the Netherlands, and Tunisia. The program offered over fifty conferences and meetings with experts and journalists, including Mario Tozzi and Stefano Mancuso, and strengthened the promotion network for extra virgin olive oil among institutions and municipalities of the national 'Città dell'Olio' network.
