Edition 2025 — Euterpe Fest

The 2025 edition of Euterpe Fest took place at Palazzo Minneci in Motta d'Affermo (ME) from June 26 to 30, as part of the "Costa e Valli Alesine" project. The program celebrated the Muse of music with a journey that spanned from Sicilian folk tradition to jazz and brass music, highlighting the bond between local talent and their roots.

Euterpe Fest 2025

The 2025 edition of Euterpe Fest brought Palazzo Minneci in Motta d'Affermo (province of Messina) to life as part of the "Costa e Valli Alesine" project for the revival of the villages in the Halaesa Valley. The festival offered a musical journey dedicated to Euterpe, the Muse of music.

  • Totò Fundarò - a storyteller who brought songs, tales, and stories of Sicilian folk tradition to the stage, accompanied by his guitar.
  • Alessandro Presti and the Sicilian Quartet - the trumpeter of Mottese origin, awarded as the best new talent in Italian jazz, moved the audience with a refined repertoire and a tribute to his Sicilian roots.
  • Gruppo Ottoni Stefanese - an ensemble directed by Maestro Massimo Fiorella, which closed the festival with chamber music for brass.

The event, part of a broader program that also involved Castel di Lucio and Pettineo, confirmed Palazzo Minneci as the town's new cultural hub.
