Edition 2025 — European Night of Museums

In 2025, the Archaeological Museum of the Ipogei in Trinitapoli once again participated in the European Night of Museums, the initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture that opens cultural sites in the evening every May. The special opening allowed visitors to explore the exhibition halls dedicated to the Bronze Age hypogea people in an intimate and evocative atmosphere.

On the occasion of the 2025 European Night of Museums, the Archaeological Museum of the Ipogei in Trinitapoli offered a special evening opening as part of the event coordinated at the European level by the Ministry of Culture. The evening provided visitors with the opportunity to walk through the museum halls after sunset, rediscovering the artifacts, grave goods, and evidence recovered from the excavations of the great Bronze Age sanctuary at Madonna di Loreto. The initiative, dedicated to citizens, families, and archaeology enthusiasts, confirms the constant commitment of the Trinitapoli museum to the continental cultural circuit that unites hundreds of cities across Europe in a single night.
