Edition 2025 — Frederickian Week
The nineteenth edition of the European Frederickian Week took place in Enna from May 5 to 11, 2025, for the spring session, enriched by an exhibition by costume designer Angelo Butera, a workshop on costumes and historical re-enactments, and a medieval games lab for children and teenagers. On Friday, May 9, for the Europe Festival, the Neglia Theater brought together local schools.
The highlight arrived on July 4, 5, and 6, 2025, with the Frederick II Palio and the Grand Historical Pageant: on Sunday, the pageant set off at 6 PM from the Octagonal Tower of Frederick, with drums, flag-wavers, and Sicilian historical groups, reaching the Lombardy Castle at 8 PM. Events also included the Crusaders' Market and the Frederickian wine exhibition at the Urban Center.
