Eurochocolate

The 2025 edition of Eurochocolate, the 31st, took place in Perugia from November 14 to 23 with the slogan "Party in the Clouds". Along the streets and squares of the historic center, with free admission, the Chocolate Show — the largest open-air chocolate emporium, featuring around 180 companies and 6,000 products — and numerous educational and entertainment activities were held.

Among the novelties, the NuvoLab, an educational workshop for children and families hosted in the former Bourse (ex Borsa Merci) on via Mazzini, and the Choco Lab events with guided tastings. Widespread entertainment with Choco Parade, Choco Buskers, and Choco Street Band.

• November 20 — talk "Regenerating the cocoa supply chain" (Sala della Vaccara, 3:00 PM)
