About Estate sul Palco
The smart district that becomes a stage
ChorusLife is Bergamo's new multifunctional district, in Via Carlo Serassi, which combines an events arena, commercial spaces, residences, and green areas. During the warm season, from June to September, the district hosts Estate sul Palco, a festival dedicated to theatre, dance, and music under the stars, designed to liven up the city evenings with a varied and high-quality offering.
A programme for all ages
The festival offers a calendar of events that intertwines theatre, dance, opera, live music, festivals, food & beverage offerings, and social gatherings. The goal is to offer families, young people, and enthusiasts a space to experience summer between entertainment and conviviality, in the heart of a district designed for social interaction.
The great classical dance
Among the main events, from June 29 to July 2, the International Ballet Company Italia, directed by Alessandro Bonavita, will perform four shows dedicated to two great titles from the classical repertoire: The Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake. The company brings together artists trained in prestigious Italian and foreign academies, with experience on major international stages. The dance season concludes on September 5 with the Gran Galà della Danza.
A long and widespread season
Estate sul Palco opens on June 14 with "Tra Palco e Realtà" and continues throughout the summer with shows, concerts, and themed festivals hosted in the ChorusLife spaces. The festival confirms the district's role as one of the most dynamic hubs of Bergamo's cultural summer, alongside the historic festivals in the city centre.
