About Estate in Coro
A celebration of choral singing
«Estate in Coro» is the choral review organized in Selvazzano Dentro (province of Padua) by the Associazione Coro Voice in Progress APS, with the patronage of the Municipality. Founded in 2009, the event brings together choirs and vocal ensembles at the Auditorium San Michele for an evening entirely dedicated to ensemble singing.
The Coro Voice in Progress
The Coro Voice in Progress was founded in Selvazzano Dentro in June 2005 by a group of friends passionate about choral singing. Directed by Matteo Morgan, the choir has performed over a hundred concerts, both locally and regionally, and has participated in several editions of «Venezia in Coro» and the Festival della Coralità Veneta. Its repertoire ranges from pop and light music to sacred and gospel singing.
In memory of Luigi Pigarelli
The review is dedicated to the memory of Luigi Pigarelli, a key figure in the choral tradition. «Estate in Coro» has become an anticipated event in the cultural calendar of Selvazzano Dentro over the years, successfully combining musical quality with the warmth of community participation, in a Municipality that makes widespread culture one of its distinctive features.
Estate in Coro — edition 2026
The 12th edition of «Estate in Coro» is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 9:00 PM, at the Auditorium San Michele in Selvazzano Dentro (Via Roma 68/b). The review, titled «Memorial Luigi Pigarelli», is organized by the Associazione Coro Voice in Progress APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Selvazzano Dentro.

An evening of choral singing at the Auditorium San Michele with the Coro Voice in Progress (directed by Matteo Morgan) and guest choirs of the review, in a program ranging from popular repertoire to light music, from sacred to gospel.
