Edition 2025 — Est Film Festival

In 2025, the Est Film Festival celebrated its nineteenth edition with its summer hub in Montefiascone, on Lake Bolsena, from July 21 to 27 at Piazzale Frigo. The competition dedicated to debut Italian films awarded the Golden Arch to «Nottefonda» by Giuseppe Miale di Mauro. The stop on the beach of Bolsena would only arrive the following year.

The nineteenth edition of the Est Film Festival, in 2025, focused on Montefiascone, on the shores of Lake Bolsena, with summer evenings hosted at the Piazzale Frigo arena from July 21 to 27. Five films in competition vied for the Golden Arch, awarded by the jury, and the Silver Arch, chosen by the public: the main prize went to «Nottefonda» by Giuseppe Miale di Mauro, while the Platinum Arch was awarded to Francesca Comencini. In that edition, Bolsena did not yet host its own stop: cinema on Guadetto beach would only debut in 2026, expanding the EFF/Lake Bolsena circuit to the villages of Tuscia.
