Edition 2025 — Erbe in Fiore

In May 2025, the Herb Garden of Casola Valsenio again hosted the Erbe in Fiore event, with a series of appointments spread between May 1st and the Sundays of the month. Guided tours of the blooms, a course on wild herbs in cooking, sensory experiences among the scents, a natural cosmetics workshop, and a garden lunch accompanied visitors in discovering the botanical heritage of the Senio valley. The events were held on Sundays and public holidays.

The 2025 edition of Erbe in Fiore animated the "Augusto Rinaldi Ceroni" Herb Garden in Casola Valsenio throughout May. The schedule included, among other things, a guided tour with the preparation of an aperitif based on fresh herbs and flowers (May 1st), the technical course on wild herbs in cooking led by director Sauro Biffi (May 4th), a sensory experience dedicated to the scents of herbs (May 11th), a workshop on medicinal plants and natural cosmetics (May 18th), and, to conclude, an experience of creating fragrances followed by lunch in the garden. The event confirmed the garden's educational mission, located in the province of Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna.
