Equinox - Autumn Festival 2025

The 2025 edition took place on Sunday, September 21 at the Parco Romano Biodistretto in Ariccia, featuring a full day of events from morning to evening. The short supply chain farmers' market, rustic cuisine, and craft beers from the Fustock microbrewery accompanied the activities, including the debut of the new tripel "Ambrosia di San Digius," brewed with honey from the Biodistrict's producers.

Ample space was dedicated to wellness and holistic disciplines: from the morning Hatha Yoga session with Barbara Paladini and Nordic Walking demonstrations, to afternoon guided meditations, and evening djembe jams and dances. Live music, featuring Awisha Carolina Gentile and guitarist Pino Talone, and an exhibition of drawings by artist Gabriele Albanese completed the festival, alongside recycled crafts and activities for children.

2025 Program (Sunday, September 21): 10:30 AM Hatha Yoga with Barbara Paladini (free participation, voluntary donation); 11:00 AM lecture and guided meditation with Mara Arcangeli Cristalli, "Stones and crystals: energy, symbol"; from 11:00 AM Nordic Walking demonstrations; 12:30 PM Virginia Vandini, "Listening and forms of the soul: the visionary mandala"; 1:00 PM live music with Awisha Carolina Gentile and guitarist Pino Talone; 4:00 PM "Shamanism today" with Parsel; 5:00 PM "Roots and breath: meditation with trees" with Awisha Carolina Gentile; 6:00 PM "QIGONG for women" class with Laura Rubrianti; 7:00 PM djembe jam and dances. All day: local farmers' market, rustic cuisine, craft beers (including the new honey tripel "Ambrosia di San Digius"), wellness area with reflexology, reiki, and Ayurvedic massage, craft workshops, face painting for children, recycled crafts, and an exhibition of drawings by Gabriele Albanese.
