This sister event to the Summer Solstice, both conceived and organized by Fustock, serves as the perfect way to bid farewell to the warm season while celebrating the fruits and slow rhythms of the Lazio countryside. For an entire day, from morning until sunset, the park becomes an open-air village where nature, rustic gastronomy, and wellness intertwine in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

The Parco Romano Biodistretto

The heart of the festival is Parco Romano, located at Piazzale dei Daini 1, a green space of great environmental value characterized by ancient oak trees and the "Baptism of the Trees" trail, featuring twelve trees dedicated to ancient Roman deities. Situated within the Castelli Romani Biodistrict, the park is a symbol of the short supply chain and sustainable agriculture in Lazio, where visitors can purchase fresh products directly from local small-scale producers.
