Epica Day

The 11th edition of Epica Day was held on August 11 and 12, 2025, in Sinagra, in the heart of the Nebrodi, to celebrate eleven years of activity of the Birrificio Artigianale Epica. The two days, from 10:00 AM until late at night, brought the brewery grounds in Contrada Filippello and the town's historic center to life.

The program included guided tours of the production facility, workshops and spaces for children, a rich street food area with Sicilian specialties paired with beers, as well as live concerts and DJ sets. The highlight was the Birralonga, the sunset gastronomic walk through the alleys of Sinagra with tasting stops leading up to the ancient castle, requiring mandatory booking at a cost of 20 euros.
