EOS Festival

The fifth edition of the EOS Festival, conceived and organized by the Dilinò association in collaboration with the Municipality of Bagnolo del Salento and promoted as part of the Puglia Region programming, was held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in Piazza San Giorgio.

On stage, exclusively for Puglia, was Cisco — the former historic voice of Modena City Ramblers — with the concert "Riportando tutto a casa 30 anni dopo", accompanied by a band that also reunited historic musicians from the Emilian group. The evening was opened by the Amanti di Bacco project, dedicated to traditional Salento music with vocals, accordion, mandolin, and tambourines, featuring pizzica pizzica and the popular repertoire of Salento.

The concert began at 9:30 PM with free admission; the square hosted food & beverage stalls with street food and local specialties.

• 9:30 PM — Opening with Amanti di Bacco (traditional Salento music: pizzica pizzica, vocals, accordion, mandolin, and tambourines)
• Following — Cisco in concert with "Riportando tutto a casa 30 anni dopo" (only date in Puglia)
