End-of-Summer Festival and Grape Festival Re-enactment

The 2025 End-of-Summer Festival in Subbiano, in the Arezzo Casentino, took place from August 29 to September 14, marking the 51st edition of the festival and the 41st of the Grape Festival Re-enactment.

The event was spread over the weekends of August 29-31, September 5-7, and September 12-14, with the large restaurant open every evening, ballroom dancing and disco nights, shows, a funfair, and inflatable games for children. Sunday, September 7, featured the Livestock Sample Exhibition and farm animals, vintage equipment displays, themed lunches, and fireworks.

The grand finale, Sunday, September 14, was the Grape Festival Re-enactment — Rediscovering ancient traditions: in the morning, the 'Time That Was' Market; in the afternoon, the parade of allegorical floats through the village streets with 19th-century peasant costumes, distribution of grapes and local products, folk groups and bands; and in the evening, the pyrotechnic show.
