The opening night in Volturino (2025)

The Volturino stop inaugurated the 2025 edition of Encuentro on the evening of August 11, starting at 7:00 PM. In the historic center of the Monti Dauni village, the audience enjoyed the street show 'Matear o Morir' by Duo Carcajada and a tango show with live music by Sampo y La Vartuli.

Accompanying the performances, the preparation and tasting of Argentine asado and Latin American specialties turned the evening into a celebration of South American flavors and rhythms. From Volturino, the traveling festival continued to Minervino Murge (August 12), Volturara Appula (August 13), Biccari (August 16-18), and Lucera (August 18). The event, with free admission, was organized by the Associazione Argentina per il Mondo APS with the patronage of the Puglia Region and the Embassy of the Argentine Republic.
