Emigrant's Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Emigrant's Festival took place in Ficarra, in the province of Messina, on the evening of August 13th in Piazza Umberto I, starting in the evening. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Ficarrese with the support of the municipal office for Tourism, Sport, and Cultural Events, confirmed its role as a symbolic event of the village's summer.

The highlight of the evening was the concert by the Kilimangiaro Band, with the participation of Mauro Cappotto, which enlivened the square with live music, involving a large audience of all ages. The festival, with free admission, celebrated as every year the bond of the Ficarra community with its emigrants, being part of the Ficarra Estate 2025 program, the festival that brought literature, theater, music, and tradition to the village from July 24th to September 1st.
