Edition 2025 — Easter Monday Grill

The second edition of the Easter Monday Grill was held on Monday, April 21, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at Strada Camborgetti Ballada 37 in Bricherasio, organized by the local Pro Loco in collaboration with Azienda Agricola Il Palaset. An Easter Monday in the hills dedicated to barbecue and local flavors, with short-supply-chain products.

The 2025 edition of the Easter Monday Grill in Bricherasio, the second of this young event, was a great success, with bookings sold out in the final days before the event. The menu highlighted local flavors: appetizers, ribs, and sausages with side dishes, desserts, and drinks, featuring products from local farms. A day of outdoor conviviality that confirmed the event as one of the most beloved Easter Monday traditions in the Pinerolo area, in the province of Turin.
